Rating clueless outfits

Probably one of the most iconic outfits in this movie. Although it's iconic, it is not my favourite. I personally am not the biggest fan of this mustard yellow. But since it is a set, i have to give it a point. The thigh high socks really do complete the outfit well! I used to love such patterns, i don't hate it now. Its just not something i gravitate towards as much, unless it's in very cute colours. I am not giving this outfit 3/5 because it's iconic and loved by the fans. As i mentioned, since its a set it can be worn in many different ways. Although the yellow colour isn't my favourite, it still looks good. Especially with white accents. Noticing the pins on the skirt actually made me like this outfit a little more! I think it a very cute detail.

Just like the first one, this isn't my favourite. I can't say that the colours are my favourite. I honestly don't have much commentary on this outfit, since the first one is already quite similar to it. Between the two there is obviously the colour difference, the pattern difference and the difference between accessories. Can't say much about the hat, it's iconic but i don't like it. I think Dionne has many outfits that i love way more than this one.

Now these are just gym clothes, i know! But i am still rating them. I don't like cher's outfit honestly. It is very simple and nit necessarily bad, i am just not the biggest fan of it. Dionne's is better in my opinion. Still somewhat simple but i definitely prefer it over cher's. These are just gym clothes and i know they aren't ment to look necessarily good, they are just supposed to be practical but i still wanted to rate them.

I love this outfit. Its simple, but it just work so well. I love everything about it honestly. I love the way headband is matched with the shirt. I love the skirt. The earings and the necklace are perfect. In my opinion it's one of the best outfits.

I find this outfit to be literary adorable. I love the colours, i love the pattern, i love the hat and the bag. I would genuinely wear this myself. I think it's a very cute outfit honestly.

Again, the socks just complete the outfit even more.

This outfit to me is quite simple. I can't say much about it, but it is cute. The blue jeans and the orange jacket go together cutely and the shirt matches with the jacket. This isn't my favourite but it isn't bad!

I think this dress is adorable! The shape makes it very cute and the pastel colour is adorable. I also love the sleeves a lot, they make the dress look very darling and cute. That being said, i can't say anything more about it. Its just very cute.

I can't explain how adorable this outfit is and how good Dionne looks in it. I love the colour of the dress and i love the accent whites. The long socks and shoes make it even more cute. I would wear this myself! Probably one of my favourite outfits from this movie.

The dress is simple and adorable! The necklace adds cuteness to the outfit and the hair is literally so adorable! A side part with a small hair clip? So simple but so cute.

I love this outfit honestly. I think it's very cute and the colours go together very well. In a way, I feel like the leather skirt adds a lot of texture to the outfit. I also love the fishnets, i think they also do add a lot to the outfit.

This outfit is so darling! I love the hair, k think it suits the outfit very well. The colour is absolutely gorgeous, of course. The choker with a flower is so cute. I overall love this outfit.

I unfortunately couldn't find a proper full body picture of Dionne's wedding outfit, but it is literally adorable and gorgeous. The colour goes together so well and look so cute. The shoes and the hair? Oh my god...i love this outfit. Its genuinely so pretty and girly and cute. I can't get enough of it! 

I loved rating these outfits and i might make a part two of this post, with amber's and tai's outfits. I also want mention the series again, i don't know much about it and i haven't watched a single episode. But i have seen few images of Dionne's outfits and i encourage yo to look them up, because she genuinely looks so cute in the series. I mostly have seen images of Dionne from that series and nothing else. I felt the need to write this down, because she genuinely looks so cute there and i have never seen anyone talk about it. Movie list 01

 My autumn/fall movie watch list

My movie list is still, somehow big. Even after finishing my rewatch list, i have barely touched my watch list! And i keep finding more and more new movies to watch, so the list keeps getting bigger. I hope i can bring myself to watch these movies at least for this autumn/fall season. You can also leave any movie suggestions you have! I want to mention, that some of these movies do give me autumn/fall vibes, and some dont. This list isn't completely based on which movies are set in gloomy autumn/fall settings or which one's give me such vibes.

1. The love witch 

I really want to watch this movie. I am curious on what's its about. As i remember, it was released in 2015-2016. Which is surprising, since it looks somewhat vintage or just bit old. From the clips i have seen, i think it's the colours making the movie feel older than it is. This movie has the iconic line "the day he left me was the day that i died, but then i was reborn...as a witch". I have seen few people calling this movie "shitty", but honestly that doesn't scare me away. 

2. Valerie and her week of  wonders 

From the clips i have seen and what i have read about this movie, it's weird...very weird. It has some parts that i know i will hate and probably some parts that will be messed up. I mean after all the movie was released in 1970 and the book was released in 1945. If i have learned about the older movies, it's that they always have something messed up in them. By the way, i am not talking about heavy topics in general! I am talking about a poor handling of such topics. Older movies tend to handle heavy topics poorly and also include things such as racism, sexism, ableism and etc. Things that were unfortunately normalised back then. So i am little afraid of this movie, but i am curious.

3. Jawbreaker 

I watched a movie review for this, and ever since then i have wanted to watch it! This movie is so iconic in so many ways and i genuinely cant wait to watch it. Going into this movie, i expect to love it. I also want to mention, that personally for me watching a movie review before watching the actual movie, doesn't really spoil my excitement of the movie. Its one thing to listen someone else describe the movie, and it's completely different to experience it by yourself. So yes i am really excited for this movie.

4. Ginger snaps

I think this movie also has other parts, i am not quite sure though. I can't exactly remember how i discovered this movie, but from the clips i was seeing it seemed very interesting. I think i also did watch a review about it. This movie seems like such a autumn/fall movie. I also cant wait to watch this one! 

5. Drop dead gorgeous 

Of course i need to watch this movie. I am just sad that i didn't watch it sooner! But it's now or never. I have seen very few clips of this movie and very short video part talking about it. This movie seems like a spring movie to me, from the clips i have seen. But i want to watch it now.

6. Jennifer's body

Its surprising how i haven't watched this movie yet. I would say that his movie is the most popular one from this list. Since it's so popular, i have seen quite a few clips of it and few videos analysing things about it. 

7.  The craft

I have wanted to watch this movie for ages! Again, i am not sure how i discovered this movie. I have also watched a review about it and seen some clips. This one is pretty popular as well i think? I honestly can't really say what is and isn't popular, since i rarely know what is and isn't mainstream or even well known. I think there is a second movie or a series of this movie, i could be wrong though. I am very curious about this movie and cant wait to watch it.

8. Vamps

This movie popped up on my fyp, as a movie suggestion. I don't know much about this movie, except for the general plot. It seems very cute and fun, so i definitely want to watch it.

Movies 02

 Clueless 

Yes i finally watched clueless. I also want to mention, that there is apparently also a series. I literally hac no idea and found out yesterday. In all honesty, i don't have much interest for the series. Last time i wrote about a movie here, i did a small description of the movie as an intro. I don't think i want to do that anymore! It just feel very robotic of me. I just want to start by saying that i absolutely hate that cher ended with her former stepbrother. I know that Cher's and Josh's parents didn't stay together for very long, and that they were just former step siblings. But i genuine don't care, it's still weird! Not to mention that cher still referred to him as an "annoying stepbrother" in the beginning. Also isn't he in college? And cher is literally 16. This ruined the whole movie for me honestly. If someone tried to justify their relationship to me, they can talk to the wall. Now onto some characters in general. I loved the way cher sounded and the way she talked. It was just so cool and iconic. I also didn't think i would love outfits that much, but some of them were very cute! I loved chers side part with a hair clip (she wore her hair like this on a date with Christian). I absolutely hated her dad though...that man was so annoying. Dionne's character was honestly degraded by the writers. This degradation is definitely bit more subtle, but it's there and you can notice it. I am not sure if this is a trope, but there seems to be a pattern. There is supposed to be two best friends, both beautiful, popular and desirable. But one gets degraded by the writers, to make the other one seem "more desirable". 

I dont have much to say about Tai's character honestly. I don't know why. But i did love the way she and cher made up, like it was so adorable. I feel the need to mention amber and her ridiculous outfits. Amber's outfits were so ridiculous, but at the same time i loved them. Lot lf them honestly didn't make sense! Her and cher's dynamic was interesting. I mentioned that i didn't think i would love the outfits in the beginning of this blog, but as i said, i actually liked some of them!

I will definitely make a post rating some clueless outfits. I think that will be fun. There were many funny moments in this movie and i think cher sort of had a character development, which i did like! The movie is iconic and has lots of iconic and funny moments, but Dionne's character being degraded and chef ending up with josh, just ruin it for me. Its a great movie, but has some issues!

 Necklace wishlist 

1. Precious moments necklace

Precious moments are already adorable and having a precious moments necklace would be so cute. This one specifically is so adorable! 

2. A unicorn necklace 

A unicorn necklace would be very cool and adorable! Off topic, bit definitely want to learn bit more about the unicorns. They are very interesting creatures and having a necklace with one would be amazing.

3. Wing heart locket

I love heart locket necklaces in general, and you can see i love anything with a wing motif. 

4. Wing necklace 

A simple wing necklace. There are many different variations of wing necklace and i love most of them. This is just one of them, but i have seen quite a few.

5. A simple heart locket

As i mentioned i love heart locket necklaces. I would love even the most simple looking heart locket necklace. It's just so weirdly special and if i had one, 8 would definitely put someone picture in it or maybe even something in it! I have saved coffee beans and a pink bean, if i had a necklace like this i would definitely put them in it!

6. A swallow bird necklace 

This necklace kind of looks like a swallow. I definitely want a swallow bird necklace, because my mom calls me a swallow. So having such a necklace would be very special for me.

7. Chanel necklace 

A simple Chanel necklace. This one kinda looks big, maybe? I can't tell honestly from this picture but anyway. I would love a very simple chanel necklace honestly.

8. 2012 owl necklace 

This necklace...omg. i am not even joking when i say that this necklace has a chokehold on me. Its just so cute and cool. I literally need it. 2012 in my opinion, had lots of trends that i personally don't like, this isn't one lf them. I love this owl.

Little unrelated rant:

I love all of these necklaces so muchh. They are so adorable. I have quite a few post plans, but i have to mention, that there will be some days where i won't post. I know this is a very obvious thing to say! But i just needed to write it down, because i was getting bit worried about not posting. But i think i rather take some time and not post every single day, because if i do that then i won't truly be writing about something that i can look back at and like. I can make lots and lots of wishlist posts or styling posts or rating and ranking posts, but i should post something that requires bit more time. Hehe obviously none of my posts take too much effort or time, what i mean is that for certain posts i have to do bit of research, like my blugirl post. Talking about fashion brands, i haven't even started writing about next brands unfortunately because i was bit busyy. So i definitely want to work on that and i also want to make posts about girlblogging muses/icons. I know people don't read my blogs much, but i still want them to be great! Thank you for reading!!

Pinterest ideas 01

 Pinterest board ideas

I think most of us (if not all of us), love Pinterest. I love organising my pins! I literally don't save my pins, i just add them to my boards. I can say, that i have quite a few boards and even more i am planning on creating. My Pinterest boards slowly come to life, since for me at least, i take some time searching for the perfect pins, adding or removing them and then staring at the board. There are many different things you can create a Pinterest board for. Sometimes we might get stuck though, we may forget or run out of ideas for boards. And thats completely okay! Soo, here are few things you can create boards for on Pinterest! I love Pinterest and i think this post is fun.

Ideas:

1. Seasonal boards 

Create a board for each season (fall, winter, summer, spring). You can even create a specific season board, for a specific year (summer 2026, fall 2026 etc). 

2. Fragrantica board

Fragrantica is a fragrance/perfume website, that has the "moodboard" feature (example is the first image in this post!). There are many pins on Pinterest with these moodboards and you can definitely collect them in a board. You can even make one on your own! 

3. Room inspo board

A board with everything you want in your room! A dream bed or a cute decor or maybe even a pretty lamp. Anything that could go into your dream room.

4. Favourite decade board

A board dedicated to your favourite decade. Lots of people love fashion or vibes of a specific decade. For example, i love the 60s and 70s! I personally love these decades because of fashion and for specific icons that were popular back then, my admiration for older decades ends there. I do not romanticise the way people behaved back then and how hateful they were! 

5. Favourite movie board

We all have movies we adore! So we should definitely create boards for them. Every movie has its vibe, so creating a board around a specific movie is very fun. 

6. Favourite flower board

A board with your favourite flower! And don't just add pretty pictures of your favourite flower, add anything that has your favourite flower on it! For example, if your favourite flower is a tulip add a pretty imagine of a tulip to your board, add a tea set with tulips drawn on it, add a shirt that has a tulip drawn on it and many more. Basically anything that includes that specific flower! 

7. Favourite creature board

What i mean in "creature", is basically things such as fairies, angels, mermaids, unicorns etc etc. it can even be a mythological creature! I personally love selkies! And creating a board for this creature is very fun. If you haven't discovered your favourite fairy tale creature / mythological creature / supernatural creature, i recommend doing some research! Thats how i discovered selkies. (You could research about specific countries fairy tale creatures or mythological creatures, that is a great way to find out about new things and learn more about different countries cultures and stories). And if you already have a favourite one, you can still do research about them and find out about their origins and how they came to be!

8. Favourite colour board

If you love colour coding, creating a board for a specific colour is definitely something you'll like! You can even get super specific, collect images with only one specific shade. For example, a board with just baby blue i images.

9. Favourite fashion brand board

A board for your favourite fashion brand! For example, a board for vintage Hollister pieces, or a board for isabel marant pieces etc or for coach pieces. You could even create sub boards and organise bags, shoes, accessories or be even more specific and separate shirts, pants, jackets etc! 

10. A board for your favourite icon

I personally don't like idolising people very much, but i think we all have people we admire. These people can be admired for many different reasons. Maybe people love their art, maybe this person is very iconic, maybe this person is just inspiring. Lots of girlblogger love icons such as lana del rey, lily rose dep, Natalie Portman, elle fanning, emma Watson, dove Cameron and many more! I like jane birkin and definitely want to dedicate a board to her! As far as idolising goes, i don't really idolise anyone, even jane birkin.

1. Blue (3/5) 

I have never actually seen anyone wear these. I have seen people wearing them online few times. This one isn't as popular as white or black. I personally think it looks pretty, but i honestly am not too sure if they are easy to style. I can picture few outfits with these and i think there are definitely people out there, who style them very well! I am not too sure that it is easy to match with any colour though. This blue colour is honestly so bright, that it instantly pops out of the outfit. Its very attention grabbing! For me this ones are 3/5. They are nice! If i was a big fan of the colour blue, i would definitely get them. I wish moe people wore these ones, because they truly are very cool and gorgeous.

2. Red

Just like the blue ones, i see this very rarely! Almost never. To be completely honest, the blue ones seem more popular compared to these ones, or maybe its just me. I can imagine some very cool outfits with these. Just like i said with blue, compared to white and black, this colour isn't as easy to style. I am not quite sure if this one pops out in outfits as much as the blue one, it doesn't seem as bright. I think if i were someone who loved the colour red and if i had red clothing items in my closet i would probably get this ones! To me at least, even though red isn't my favourite colour or a colour i find myself gravitating towards, red is a very precious colour. I don't even know how to explain it, but the way it sometimes pops out lf outfits, or adds a little spark to them is just adorable. So for now, this version is a 3/5. But i definitely understand anyone who loves these!

3. Yellow or yellow gold

Now i definitely have never seen anyone wear this! I think this colour is cute, but honestly its not my favourite. I can't really say if these are easy to style, but i can picture few cute outfits with them. I think this version wouldn't pop out of the outfit, since the colour is very neutral and soft. To be completely honest, this one is my least favourite. To me it doesn't really stand out, like the rest. Obviously this doesn't mean that it isn't extremely cute, for me it's just nothing special. So fr me its a 2/5. Not necessarily bland either, because as i said the colour is very cute, but i feel like in order to style this you either have to match the yellow colour, or something very light and pastel, or black or white.

Movies 01

 All i wanna do / strike/ hairy bird

All i wanna do or strike or hairy bird (yes all of these are the names of this movie, however, as i recall the name "hairy bird" was deemed as offensive to the male genitalia), is a movie released in 1998, set in 60s (specifically 1963), about a group of teenage girls in an all girls, boarding school. The main plot of the movie is to stop the girls school from merging with the all boys school. The main character is Odette Sinclair (played by Gaby Hoffman). Other main character include verena von stefan (played by kirsten dunst), tinka parker (monica keena), tweety Goldberg (heather matarazzo), momo haines (Merritt Wever) and abby sawyer (Rachael Leigh Cook). I would give more descriptions about the movie and wha it is about, but i honestly don't want to write about that. Kind of makes me feel robotic and honestly all i want to do, is to talk about my impression of the movie. Before i start talking about the things i liked about it, i want to mention the things that i didn't like. I think this movie didn't handle certain topics very well (bulimia and predatory teacher's). The writer and director of the movie, Sarah Kernochan, explain that they didn't really have word for these things back then, all they really knew about bulimia was that the girls suffering with it were upset about their weight and i also have to mention that the teacher character was based on her teacher. Sarah says "we had no term for predators and no real way of dealing with them". I think most of us have noticed a pattern with older movies (i know this movie isn't accident, but it was released 27 years ago) not being the best at displaying certain topics, maybe even most of the heavier and more serious topics. This is bit off topic, but i genuinely hate when i am watching an older movie or reading an older book and i get jump scared with something that reminds me, "its an older book/movie", which instantly ircks me. That being said, there are many weird parts in this movie! I didn't like the plot about odie wanting to have sex with her boyfriend, i think for me it was just bit odd, but i guess maybe it's realistic? I don't know, i cant tell you for sure how realistic this is for a 16 year old girl. I do know that teens do get urges for sex and such stuff, so maybe it is realistic? I DON'T KNOW FOR SURE. As a teenager myself, i can not relate to that wish of odie! When she and her boyfriend actually attempted to do it and couldn't, there was a brief moment of them giggling together, that made me think about how they still were kids and definitely weren't ready for sex. 

Besides, odie had better things to do and think about, and her boyfriend was a lost cause anyway. I did actually like odie, i think she had a very interesting character! And i loved her way of talking. I also want to mention how i hate mr dewey, i can't explain the amount of anger i feel towards this disgusting character. I genuinely wanted him executed. I also wonder if the girls and specifically odie had told on him to the head mistress, would the authorities question him? Or would they have passed it off as "not a big deal" or "he's just being nice". I truly wonder about that! I really liked the way relationship was portrayed between the girls. It felt so real and wonderful. I think my favourite part of the movie was their interactions and relationship with eachother. It certainly wasn't perfect. I relate to verena's reaction to odie's wish, because thats what she wanted? Really? Verena was a very fun and mischievous character! I have to say, i got bit weirded out when she started making out with frost. I would have loved if she stayed completely single and hadn't done that. "I lust for no one, not even you" i loved when she said that! But of corse the movie took a turn and she ended up with frost, or whatever tha dude's name was. Speaking of dude's, the most decent boys were the "flat critters" boys, but don't get me wrong...they were still very annoying. In fact, they were very corny. Especially snake. He was acting so corny and talking in such a cheesy way. My god ew. But he was so in love with tinka, and i have to say, he did look cute in a school uniform. I need to mention how momo's and verena's plan was pure genius! It was so cool and smart. I also liked how abby rebelled against her mother and joined the other girls strike towards the end. 

Most of the boys in this movie were annoying and some were straight up ass holes. The vibes and atmosphere of this movie were also very cool. I had fun trying to guess what year it was from, i guessed 60s and i was right. I think you can really tell what year it's set in from the dance outfits girls wear and their hairstyles. Speaking of dance outfits, i thought maybe i should make a post rating and talking about each of the girls outfits. Who knows maybe i will do it, maybe not. Also, from the very into of the movie, the first thing i thought of was "that bird looks like a male genitalia!" Which was funny. Of corse this movie has some funny moments since its a movie that blends comedy with serious subjects matters, although it didn't handle some of those serious subjects well. The end credits had me shocked for abby i have to mention. I think this movie isn't the best, it has some issues. The best part of it is the relationship's between the characters.
